Charity event for the Philippines typhoon victims: Table coordination exhibit by Yoko

The dining room is one of the most important rooms of the house. It’s where friends and family eat, converse and bond together. For that reason, it’s important for a host to know how to set the table appropriately. Yoko, an Okinawan native, whose work as an art coordinator has taken her to New York and back, has stepped up to raise funds for the victims of the recent typhoon in the Philippines. Yoko will be holding a charity dining room coordination and table setting workshop on February 22 and 23 at her house in Kitanakagusuku Village. The workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn how to stylishly arrange your dining room space and creatively lay out an attractive dining table.
Yoko welcomes all to attend the class, stating “Let’s share the fun of creating a casual, elegant and gorgeous dining room together.”
Event participants are offered a 10% discount on their food and drink purchases at the restaurants and cafés in Costa Vista Hotel & Spa during the event, on Feb. 22 and 23 only. (Please present the charity workshop ticket to receive the discount.)
