Treat yourself to a new and tasty dessert!

The Four Seasons restaurant at the Renaissance Okinawa Resort has become the first in Okinawa to introduce a new style of fruit sorbet, called the Hyoketsu Sorbet, to its weekend Italian Pasta & Sweets buffet lunch. By pouring extremely cold liquid nitrogen at minus 196 degrees Celsius into a rich and flavorful tropical fruit puree, the sorbet is flash frozen to create this dessert. The delicious result is an icy outer crunchy texture with a thick and smooth inside. It’s a must try! The sorbet is available in tropical flavors such as mango, passion fruit, dragon fruit and seasonal fruits such as acerola cherry.

The very popular Italian Pasta & Sweets buffet lunch is held on weekends and Japanese holidays only. Featured at the buffet are six types of pasta and six types of sauce, allowing you to create your favorite combination of pasta and sauce. For the sweet tooth, there over 30 different kinds of scrumptious Italian sweets for dessert. The buffet also offers a Teppan Pasta station where the pasta is prepared on an iron skillet by the chef and served right in front of you. To top it all off, a complimentary glass of wine is offered to guests having the buffet.

Spend a relaxing and elegant weekend lunch with a breathtaking ocean view at the Four Seasons restaurant.
