For those seeking a taste of not only Okinawa, but authentic Japanese cuisine, Touka is the ideal place to dine. The restaurant offers delectable dishes prepared with fresh seafood, which are selected by an experienced broker and delivered directly from the Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. The chef, who worked at a traditional Japanese restaurant for years, will satisfy your taste buds with a range of hearty dishes.

Touka is a very popular restaurant where you can enjoy everything from top-quality fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, sea urchin and much more. During the winter, the restaurant offers tiger globefish and a variety of oyster dishes. Go for the oyster course to taste fresh oysters and cooked in many different ways such as grilled oysters with miso sauce and in a hot-pot. Winter specialties are available untill around March. If you want to sample their seasonal specialty, be sure to make a reservation three days in advance.

Located near ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort, on the coast of Onna Village, Touka is a perfect place to enjoy a panoramic sunset view while dining in the summer.

Autumn specialty menu features salmon roe and tuna bowl and the very popular premium black beef sushi. Another must-try item here is Japanese soba. This is one of the few places, where you can taste handmade Japanese soba on the island.



Left: Course meal with seasonal specialties is highly recommended. With Yuki Course (10,000 yen), you can savor 12 kinds of sophisticated dishes, including medium fatty tuna and red sea bream sashimi, oysters, flame-grilled premium wagyu beef sushi, grilled turban shell and slipper lobster, homemade soba noodles and more. Also on the menu are rare and premium Japanese sake brand names, such like Juyondai and Hakkaisan.
